Determine Why You Are Angry

There are several reasons why people may become angry. Although it could be understandable in certain circumstances, such as someone not treating you in a positive way. However, if you're not sure why you were suddenly angry, you need to try to pinpoint what was actually occurring.

There are other reasons that you may want to get angry including:

You are experiencing stress

You are experiencing hormonal changes which will lead to mood swings

You are becoming frustrated because of your life

You are going to need to identify why you are angry, because if you don't, you could damage your relationships, and this will in turn make your mind, emotions, and even your body worse off.

You need to write it down

Sometimes, when you are able to write everything out, especially when you are feeling angry, you may be able to understand what is happening. Thinking from this perspective, you will be able to find a resolution.

Counting to 100

Although this is a very basic strategy, it certainly does work. You need to simply think about something else, for 100 seconds, before you know your ability to function. You're simply going to be better off when you are able to walk away. When you can deal with this, everyone around you, including yourself, will be much Homer.

Press pause

People that feel angry sometimes believe that there is no way to properly deal with the situation. If you find that you are becoming angry, walking away is a good idea. This will make everyone around you feel better.

Start moving around

You should try to exercise if you want to feel better. Walking around the block is a good idea, or perhaps you would like to do boxing more go for a run.

Speak to someone you trust

Talking with anybody that you trust is another way that you can literally remove this feeling that you are experiencing. It could be someone that you trust, such as a family member or friend. The other possibility is that you could speak to the Clarity Clinic where you will be able to talk with other people, even younger people, that are feeling just like you are right now.
