To maintain the quality of Intelligent Mother, all submissions must follow our editorial guidelines.
1. Original Content
Your article must be original content written specifically for Intelligent Mother.
We do not accept:
- Copied articles
- Rewritten articles from other websites
- Articles already published elsewhere
- AI-generated content submitted without meaningful human editing and review
We may use plagiarism and content-quality checks before publication.
2. Helpful, Not Promotional
Your article should primarily help the reader.
We do not accept articles that are written mainly to advertise a product, service, website, company, or business.
You may mention relevant products, services, or resources when they genuinely support the topic, but excessive promotional or sales language will not be accepted.
3. Recommended Length
We generally prefer articles between 1,000 and 2,000 words.
Longer articles may be accepted when the subject genuinely requires more depth.
Please focus on quality rather than adding words simply to reach a word count.
4. Easy-to-Read Writing
Our readers are busy parents.
Please keep your writing:
- Clear
- Practical
- Natural
- Easy to understand
- Well organized
Use short paragraphs, helpful headings, bullet points, and examples where appropriate.
5. Images
If you have original photographs or illustrations that you have permission to use, you may include them with your submission.
Please do not submit copyrighted images taken from Google, Pinterest, or other websites unless you have the appropriate rights to use them.
Link Policy
Each accepted guest post may contain up to 2 dofollow links to one website.
The two links must follow this structure:
1. One link to the website homepage
2. One link to one relevant article or page on the same website
Both links must point to the same domain.
For example:
- Link 1 →

example.com/relevant-article
Important Link Rules
- Maximum 2 dofollow links per guest post
- Both links must point to the same website
- One link may point to the homepage
- One link may point to a relevant article or page
- Links must be relevant to the article and useful to readers
- Links must not lead to illegal, adult, gambling, malware, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate content
- We do not accept excessive keyword-stuffed anchor text
- We reserve the right to edit anchor text when necessary for readability and editorial quality
- Additional links may be removed at our editorial discretion
We do not sell individual backlinks. We publish useful articles and allow a limited number of relevant links as part of the guest post.

The publishing fee is $40-$50 per accepted article.
This fee covers the editorial and publishing process, including:

- Formatting

- A permanent article URL
- Author attribution

If an article is rejected before publication, no publishing fee is required.

Intelligent Mother reserves the right to edit titles, headings, formatting, grammar, wording, anchor text, links, images, and other elements of an article to maintain editorial quality and consistency.
We may remove or reject links that we consider irrelevant, overly promotional, manipulative, or unsuitable for our audience.
We may also update published articles when necessary.
